Really test yourself!
A great opportunity to get out on your bike and raise money for a worthwhile cause.
Starting from Hanson Cement we’ll head out through the scenic country-side villages of Downham and Rimington, over the canal at Barnoldswick, then through West Marton to rejoin the canal at Bank Newton and on to Gargrave – and the first of three food stops.
Next, the route follows the delightful road between Bell Busk and Otterburn to Airton and Malham, up to Malham Tarn and then across beautiful open moorland to Stainforth and the second food stop.
The final leg takes in Settle and the little villages of Bolton-by-Bowland, Grindleton and West Bradford before returning to our Clitheroe HQ – where, after 60 miles and over 4,200′ (1,200 m) of climbing, you’ll be welcomed by a bacon butty (other choices available!), a cuppa, and you’ll be able to get a massage, courtesy of Whalley Physiotherapy, to soothe those sore muscles.
Start times: 0800 – 0859; sign on 0745 – 0845.
Entry Fee: On-line: £23.00 On the day: £29.00
